What is a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty?

Manufacturer's Limited Warranty provides customers with assurance that they will not be charged for the cost of repairing a faulty product within 12 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the authorised service centre will remedy defects in materials and workmanship free of charge and in a commercially reasonable time by either repairing or replacing the mainboard of your product at its option.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period starts when the Product is sold to an end-user for the first time. This should be supported by a proof of  purchase.

In this Warranty, the Manufacturer  warrants the items in the sales pack as follows:

  1. Twelve (12) months for the main device
  2. Six (6) months for the main device battery

What instances shall my warranty will be voided?

  • The Product has been opened, modified, or repaired by an unauthorised service center.
  • The Product's serial number, the mobile accessory date code, or the IMEI number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered.
  • The software of your product has been modified.
  • The product has traces of mishandling, exposure to moisture or liquid ingression.

What will I bring as proof of purchase?

You may present any of the following:

  • Official Receipt ( with Tax Identification Number or TIN)
  • Sales Invoice
  • Cash Sales Receipt
  • Network/Operator Certificate
  • Distributor Certificate

Things to check to validate OR/Sales Invoice/Cash Sales receipt:

  • Dealer’s information (Company details, Company’s TIN#, etc.)
  • Word that says “OFFICIAL RECEIPT” (Delivery Receipt is NOT a valid OR)
  • Customer’s full name (optional for tape receipt)
  • Product Model
  • IMEI/Serial number of the phone
  • Date of Purchase

Things to check to validate Certification from Network/Distributor:

  • Company’s official letter head
  • Date of issue of certificate
  • Customer’s full name
  • Product Model
  • IMEI/Serial number of the phone
  • Date of purchase/acquire
  • Company’s authorized person’s complete name, position and signature

Do I need to back up my data before surrendering my phone for repair?

Yes. If the functionality of the device may still allow, we strongly encourage you to back up your data. The repair process may entail that we perform software update so all data stored in the phone will be deleted.

Will I need to surrender my simcard during repair?

No. We will only require you to surrender your device and any accessories related to the repair.

Will I pay for any repair charges?

If the product is under warranty, repair is free of charge. However for out/void/non warranty device, the corresponding diagnostic fee and repair charges will apply. 

What are the requirements when claiming my unit?

If you are the Owner, please bring:

  • Acknowledgement Form (JOB  order)
  • Valid ID

If you are a representative of the Owner:

  • Acknowledgement Form (JOB  order)
  • Owner’s ID valid ID
  • Authorization Letter from the Owner
  • Representative’s Valid ID

Note: Lists of valid and acceptable photo identification (IDs)

  1. Passport including those issued by foreign governments
  2. Driver’s license
  3. Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID
  4. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance
  5. Police clearance
  6. Postal ID

  22. Valid photo-bearing school ID duly signed by the principal or head of the school (for non-voting/minor age students).
  23. Similar IDs duly issued by the foreign government where the customer is a resident or a citizen may be presented (for non-Philippine resident).
