About Us

Aikontech Corporation is an after-market service company that specializes in repairing and refurbishing portable multimedia and mobile internet devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, portable computers, printers, multimedia players and digital cameras.

Established in 2007 as a service partner of Nokia, Aikontech capitalized on its technical experience and expertise when it embarked on its vision in 2013 to be the preferred after-market service provider of handheld telecommunication devices in the country. The company expanded its services to other brands, including Samsung, LG, HTC, Alcatel, Huawei, Epson, Wintab and Blackberry (selected models).

Aikontech employs highly trained and skilled technicians able to deliver world-class workmanship, quick turnaround time and consistent customer satisfaction. It currently has branches in Metro Manila, Batangas, Cebu and Davao, and drop off points in major cities nationwide.

Aikontech also serves as the repair partner of network operators like Globe Telecoms, Smart Communcations and SunCellular.  It's also the service arm of Insurance companies that require service or replacement of mobile products.

Product Knowledge and Training

Operational efficiency is one of the company’s primary objective and it tries to achieve this by using only skilled and proficient staff. Our technical experts undergo regular product training to cascade the expertise in servicing the latest product models to our skilled technicians and our well-trained customer service staff in every center ensure that KPIs are met.

Original Spare Parts and Software

Aikontech guarantees that only original branded spare parts and software, obtained directly from the manufacturers, are used in its repair services.

In-House Database

Aikontech has its own home-grown database called Repair Maintenance System (RMS) where all units for repair are encoded and progress of the repairs are time-stamped. It has its own Inventory Module and different report facilities. It will be further developed to provide real-time view-only access to selected partners and customers.

Contact Center Facility

Aikontech has its own Contact Center. The team of call agents is responsible for inbound (inquiry handling) and outbound calls (feedback-giving). The Contact Center is connected to the company’s Repair Management System for real-time access on the status of repaired units, and operates from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM only excluding special and and non-working holidays.

Repair Processes and Quality Assurance

Aikontech fully implements ISO-certified processes in receiving, repairing and releasing units to its various customers, aimed to deliver customer satisfaction. Controls are in place to ensure customer satisfaction and repair quality, such as appointing Quality Control staff and upfront checking of repaired units during releasing. For Walk-in Centers, a Customer Feedback Form is in place in order to identify rooms for improvement and to recognize employees with excellent performance.

Logistics Support

Its long established partnership with leading logistics companies allows Aikontech to have nationwide reach at very reasonable cost. These partners not only provide logistics support but also technical expertise in information technology and business resources to support company operations. To boost operational efficiency, Aikontech has its in-house motorized messengers and vans to cater to urgent or special requests for pick up and delivery within Metro Manila.
